Our Story


Maxmore was founded in Germany with a clear vision to give Western companies reliable manufacturing solutions in China while preserving the precision, quality and mindset associated with German engineering.

What began as a small motor manufacturer has grown into a comprehensive production partner that covers the complete journey from the initial motor design through prototyping to mass production. With our fully vertical integrated in house production, including coil winding, CNC machining, plastic injection molding, automation and final assembly, we manufacture all essential components inside our own facilities.

Our founder Moritz Berrenberg is an active member of the German Chamber of Commerce in China and brings deep industry insight into every project. As a passionate motorsport competitor, he understands performance, precision and the drive to push technical limits. This mindset shapes our daily work and fuels our commitment to speed, efficiency and continuous improvement.




Our Milestones



2002

Official Establishment of Maxmore

Maxmore is founded in Germany as a sourcing and quality partner for Western companies.

This phase established Maxmore’s roots as a trusted partner bridging European expectations with Asian manufacturing potential.

2006

Building the Foundation

Relocation to China to move quality control directly to the source.

• On site supplier selection and audits
• Quality oversight inside partner factories
• Specialization in electric motor components begins
• Faster reaction times and deeper technical involvement

The move enabled Maxmore to control every production step more closely and build long term partnerships with key suppliers.


2010

Expanding to First In-House Production

Maxmore transitions from sourcing partner to true manufacturer.

• Launch of the first in house electric motor production line
• Continued supply of motor components worldwide
• Growing expertise in motor assembly and process engineering
• Introduction of stricter internal quality protocols

This marked the beginning of Maxmore’s vertically integrated manufacturing path.

2012-2017

Advancing Our Technology

A decisive expansion phase that strengthened Maxmore’s technical foundation and vertical integration.

• Launch of the in house injection mold department and CNC machining department
• Acquisition of additional winding technologies and new winding machines
• Introduction of the first semi automated motor winding lines
• Upgrade of the quality assurance department with a state of the art ZEISS measuring system

This period marked Maxmore’s transition toward a fully integrated motor production environment with enhanced precision, automation and in house manufacturing depth.
2018-2022

Strengthening our role as a                                      ONE-STOP SHOP Manufacturing Partner

A period of major infrastructure and technology expansion.

• Built up in-house Motor Design dept.
• Injection molding capacity grows to 40 machines
• CNC machines reaches 50 units
• New automation department for fixtures and assembly lines
• Dedicated mold and tool making division established
• Specialization in overmolding for stators, rotors and complex parts
• Investments in advanced toolmaking machines

These years transformed Maxmore into a fully integrated motor technology and manufacturing group.
