Motor Design

Maxmore develops complete electric motor concepts tailored to customer requirements. With deep system expertise and modern simulation tools, we create efficient and high performance motor platforms. Sensitive design data always remains safely in house.

Prototyping

Our in house prototyping capabilities shorten development cycles and protect confidential information. Functional samples and near series parts are built quickly, precisely and entirely under our own control.

Motor Assembly

From subassemblies to full motor assembly, Maxmore delivers stable, reliable and consistent production. Vertical integration ensures short communication paths, controlled quality and secure supply chains.

Coil and Stator Winding

Maxmore applies advanced winding technologies for various motor architectures. From prototypes to high volume series, precise coil and stator windings guarantee efficiency and stable motor performance.


CNC Milling and Turning

With high performance milling and turning, we manufacture complex precision components for motors and drive systems. Tight tolerances, high grade materials and repeatable processes are our standard.

Plastic Injection Molding

Our in house injection molding department produces technical plastic parts for motors, housings and sensor systems. Efficient tooling, stable processes and high dimensional accuracy ensure dependable quality.

Mold and Tool Making

Maxmore designs and builds high precision injection molding tools in house, including advanced overmolding solutions for stators and laminated stacks. We also manufacture die casting molds for aluminum motor housings, ensuring full control, fast iterations and perfect fit for all motor related components.
